We sincerely hope you are satisfied with the products you purchase from Matoakleys LLC. Should you not be satisfied in any way we will try our best to correct the problem. Unfortunately from time to time there are problems with orders and we are here to help you.
If you receive an order that is damaged please make sure to take pictures of the packaging from all angles and email them to matoakleys@gmail.com along with your name, order number and tracking number on the package. We will offer you a resolution after that information is received. Usually the resolution is additional product (if the same is in stock we will replace the damaged product) or we will issue you a gift card for the damaged item if we do not have any additional inventory in stock.
We are not able to take back opened food under any circumstances. We are also not able to take back items with the "Custom" label on them. These items are made to order. Should we make a mistake and misspell a name that you provided to us we will replace the item. If you request a color change, additional names, different spellings of names, etc you will be required to place a new order for the item. We will not make changes to a custom replacement item other than correcting our mistake.
All sales are considered final with no exchanges or returns other than what is outlined in this section.
