Matoakleys LLC has several methods of delivery and shipping available to you for your convenience. If you are located in our local area you are able to choose between Local Pickup which includes pickup at our location at 100 Valley St, Matoaka, WV 24736 along with our designated pickup locations in Princeton, Bluefield and Abbs Valley. Times are shown during the checkout process.
Shipping is available to anyone within the United States. We offer free shipping when spending over a certain dollar amount. Those amounts may change from time to time so please be sure to check the website for the most up to date amounts.
Delivery is available to those within our local delivery area. The delivery area may change from time to time. There is a delivery fee unless you purchase the minimum amount to have free delivery. That amount may change from time to time. Please check the website for updated minimums and fees.
Tips are shown as an option. They are appreciated but definitely not required.
The methods we have as payment are Paypal, Stripe, Venmo, CashApp, Facebook Pay and Cash. If you choose Paypal or Stripe you will be able to checkout from the cart. If you choose Venmo, CashApp or Facebook Pay there are instructions on how to complete your order. Please keep in mind that your order must be completed within 24 hours or the order is cancelled.and items are returned back to inventory. If you pay cash you must be able to get this to us within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that paying cash will slow down your order fulfillment process as orders are not pulled and processed until payment is received.
Standard processing time is 1 business day. We strive to have orders processed and ready for pickup or ready to ship within that timeframe. During certain times of the year this time may be longer. Please check the website for the most up to date times.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. If you pay through CashApp, Cash, Venmo or Facebook Pay you are able to pay within 24 hours. If not your order will be cancelled and products returned back into stock on the website for others to purchase.
